If your CITRIX SHAREFILE plug-in is grayed out, this most likely means that you are logged out. Follow the steps below to fix the issue:



1. Click the Add-ins Tab in the MS OUTLOOK ribbon, then click 'Log In' next to the CITRIX icon:


2. When the login box pops-up, enter your company's subdomain (e.g. 'google.com' would be entered as 'google'):



3. Enter your Username and Password:


4. After you successfully login, you will see 'Options' next to the Citrix icon under the Add-ins Tab:



5. Now if you open up a new E-mail and look at the ribbon, the CITRIX Files options should no longer be grayed out:
